I have 14 years of teaching experience, and 25 years as a practitioner of yoga. I am passionate about teaching you the yoga postures, breath work, and meditation techniques to improve your quality of life. I have worked with hundreds of students and many private clients to help them improve their posture, increase strength and flexibility and improve their outlook on their lives and the world.
