Weekly Yoga Essentials Class
A weekly live, in person all levels yoga class will present the key principals of alignment that I’ve honed over 14 years of teaching yoga and leading yoga teacher trainings. (Option to attend class online via Zoom can be arranged for long-distance learners)
Meditation Sessions
6 pre-recorded talks with practice meditation sessions will be available to watch at your own pace throughout the course.
Practice at home
Participants will also have access to recordings of a previous 6-part Yoga Essentials Course for 3 months

This course will help you to make yoga a part of your daily life. How often do you start the day feeling lethargic? How often do you get to the end of the day with shoulder, neck or back pain? How often do you lose your patience and lash out at your loved ones, or feel overwhelmed and anxious at home or at work?
Yoga, pranayama (breath work), and meditation will address all of these issues, and my passion is teaching you these skills to keep for life. After 25 years of practice and 14 years teaching yoga to thousands of students, I have honed my teaching to give you the absolute essentials to live by.
What’s Included?
This course will meet weekly (hybrid: in-person or online if you cannot attend) for a 1.5 hour group practice, you’ll have access to 6 breathing and meditation practice videos as well as recordings of previous Yoga Essentials classes that you can use throughout the course as often as you like. Plus, participants get $10 off of my New Moon Reset class during the month of your course.
You’ll also have access to recordings of all of these sessions throughout the course for 3 months to help you fit in your practice whenever you can and keep it going long after this course ends.
